As an Office Furniture Installer with Oracle Installation, you'll install everything from individual workstations to complete corporate headquarters, gaining experience with leading furniture manufacturers and cutting-edge workplace designs. Locations> High school diploma or GED plus minimum 2 years of related experience in systems furniture installation
> Demonstrated ability to use power tools and handle product staging and assembly
> Knowledge of MillerKnoll and ancillary furniture lines preferred
> Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
> Reliable personal transportation to job sites and offices
> Professional communication skills for client-facing environments
> Experience with commonly used furniture installation concepts, practices, and procedures
> Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
> Working knowledge of product handling, staging, and assembly processes
> Basic understanding of safety procedures, protocols, and best practices
> Comprehensive training on major furniture manufacturer systems including Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Knoll
> OSHA safety certification and ongoing safety training

> Assemble and install office furniture systems including desks, chairs, cubicles, and modular workstations for commercial clients across multiple industries.
> Transform empty spaces by installing conference room furniture, collaborative workspaces, and specialized seating areas according to detailed project specifications.
> Create organized work environments by setting up filing systems, storage solutions, and organizational components while maintaining our quality standards.
> Handle cable management and basic power integration for workstation setups, ensuring clean and functional technology connections.
> Complete simple deliveries including height adjustable tables, ergonomic accessories, and individual seating installations with attention to detail.
> Collaborate with senior installation personnel by following detailed floor plans and installation layouts to ensure project accuracy and timeline adherence.
> Maintain open communication with Project Managers through daily status updates at project start and completion to keep all stakeholders informed.
> Conduct thorough preliminary walk-throughs with lead installers before customer presentations to identify and resolve any quality concerns.
> Serve as the professional face of our company during small deliveries, maintaining excellent customer service and communication standards.
> Take pride in maintaining company equipment and vehicles, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times.
> Safely load, secure, and transport products using proper techniques and equipment to prevent damage during delivery and installation.
> Inspect all products for quality and damage before installation begins, documenting any issues and communicating them promptly to supervisors.
> Operate company vehicles safely and professionally while representing Oracle Installation Solutions in the community and at client locations.
> Complete accurate daily documentation including timecards, progress reports, and return-to-warehouse forms to support project tracking and billing.
> Problem-solve installation challenges using basic troubleshooting skills and escalate complex technical issues to supervisors for resolution.
